I am a Russian native speaker with MA in Russian language & literature from Moscow State University and a PhD in Russian from the University of St Andrews. 

I was born and grew up in Moscow and came to Scotland to do my PhD studies. By now I have been teaching Russian in Scotland for nearly 20 years, mainly in Edinburgh, a beautiful city that has become my home.

In 2009 I organised Russian language courses for the Scotland Russia Forum where I still teach Russian at all levels.

I love teaching and meeting new people. I think I learn from my wonderful students as much as they learn from me.
