SRF Russian Language Classes
The Scotland Russia Forum (SRF) is a Scottish charitable organisation that promotes interest in Russia and its neighbours . In 2009, Jenny Carr, then Chair of the Forum, approached me with the idea of organising Russian language classes for SRF — and I jumped at the opportunity. What started as a small initiative has grown into a long-running programme of Russian classes, with students learning at different levels and returning year after year.
The classes are open to anyone interested in learning Russian, from complete beginners to more advanced students. Details of the classes starting in the next term are below.

All in-person classes will take place at Lister Learning and Teaching Centre –
5 Roxburgh Pl, EH8 9SU – in room 1.4
The Term 1 fee is £208 for 13 classes (16 pounds per 1.5 hour class).
